FAQs

How long do I have to commit?

Retainers start with a 3-month minimum so there's time to build momentum and see results. After that, it's month to month, and you can cancel anytime within a 30-days notice.

What do you need from me?

A short onboarding call, access to your social accounts, and any brand assets or photos you have. After that, just one approval round a month and a quick heads-up about upcoming launches, promotions, or events.

Do you provide photography?

We design with your photos, brand graphics, and select stock imagery. If you need new photography, we're happy to discuss your needs and plan a shoot around your content calendar.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, plus email newsletters. We'll help you choose the platforms that make the most sense for your audience.

How do revisions work?

Retainer content includes one consolidated approval round each month. Branding and packaging projects include two revision rounds. Additional revisions can be added at an hourly rate.

Do you run ads or reply to comments and DMs?

Community management may be available as an add-on following a discussion about the scope of engagement. We don't manage paid ads at this time, but we can design ad creative for your ads team.

How does payment work?

Retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. Projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due at final delivery. We accept card and bank transfer.

How quickly can we get started?

Retainers usually launch within 2 weeks of signing. Branding projects typically take 4–6 weeks, and packaging timelines depend on the number of products and print requirements.

Who owns the work?

Once your invoice is paid in full, you own your final logo files, packaging designs, and published content. However, we maintain the right to use the work in promotional, portfolio, and commercial contexts.

Do you only work with local businesses?

We're based in Raleigh–Cary, NC, and work with brands everywhere. We're happy to work with you remotely.
